Description
This style is used to hold and stretch the canal opening. It is used for extreme prolapsed canals with no hearing loss or after surgery. A firmer earmold material is used to expand the outer tissue of the canal. The inside portion of the canal on the mold is opened to allow the maximum amount of residual hearing to pass through.
